Pomeranians are so confident you can easily call them “cocky little dogs”.

Pomeranian Personality Traits

Pomeranians Are Athletic

Pomeranians may be small but, they are mighty little athletes.

You can easily have Pomeranians excel in agility and games like fetch and frisbee.

Although they are athletic I still wouldn’t recommend bringing a Pomeranian along for a long run.

Pomeranians Are Watchdogs

It may be the combination of loyalty and confidence that makes a Pomeranian an amazing watchdog.

I don’t know how well a Pomeranian would scare an intruder but, you are sure to get an alert from your Pomeranian when anything doesn’t seem right, valid or not.

Are Pomeranians Hard As Puppies

Pomeranians are not any hard to care for and train as puppies as any other dog would be.

They are extremely smart dogs but, also very independent.

A lot of time, patience, and care are needed to train a puppy within its first year of life.

Are Pomeranians Well-Behaved Dogs

Pomeranians are very well-behaved as long as they are trained.

Naturally, Pomeranians have high intelligence but, since they are independent and have natural watchdog tendencies they do need to be trained to respond correctly to situations and listen to simple commands.
